You were born too late to explore the world, born too early to explore the galaxy. However, you were born just in time to take advantage of a slew of great games currently on sale in the Google Play Store. These aren't just knock-off titles or throwaway games either. Many of these names have clout.
For instance, right now Hitman Go is going for a record-low price of $0.99. This strategy puzzler based on the popular console franchise would normally run you $4.99, but you'll get 80 percent off if you snag it today.
Also up for grabs is Final Fantasy VI. This full-scale game is currently 30 percent off, going for $11 instead of $16.
TellTale Games' take on Minecraft has had its price tag chopped in half, down to $2.49 from it's original $5. We think this is the lowest we've seen Minecraft: Story Mode go for.
Oddworld fans are in for a treat as well. Titles from this quirky series have had their prices slashed, so you can pick up Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee or Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath for a buck (both 66 percent off their normal prices).
Square Enix isn't just putting their Hitman title in the bargain bin. They're also tossing in Lara Croft GO, a game with similar puzzle mechanics but that familiar Tomb Raider vibe. Grab it now for a dollar instead of the usual fiver.
If you haven't heard of Tsuro – The Game of the Path, then this might be something you'll want to check out. Originally an award-winning strategy board game, you can now play the digital equivalent right on your Android device. Normally you'd pay $4.99 for this crafty multiplayer app, but you can get it for 40 percent off at just $2.99.
Feel like exploring the vast unknown on the lookout for a habitable planet to terriform? Now the price of admission for intergalactic travel is only a single George Washington, because Last Horizon by NoodleCake Studios is currently going for a third of its normal price.
A couple of less well-known games are also on sale. Even if you haven't heard of them, these might be worth checking out since they'll only cost you a dime. Earn to Die by Not Doppler has been sliced to $0.10 from its normal $1.49 price, as has Colin McRae Rally by Thumbstar games (normally $2.29).
Which of these games do you think is the best bang-for-buck on this list of deals? Let us know if you'll be picking up any of them in the comments below!
