You can then access them offline during things like airplane flights, subway rides, or in areas where your don't have good web. You can schedule the app to download content at specific times and it'll even download images and comments. It's in beta which means there are bugs that you may have to deal with. Otherwise, it's a good little app.

RedReader's claim to fame is that it's a completely free and open source Reddit app. That includes no advertising and no tracking whatsoever.
