So, you're trying to request an Uber to meet up with friends, but you aren't sure of their exact location. You know you're supposed to meet them in a certain area, but how do you let your Uber driver know that? In the latest Uber update for Android, you'll be able to easily Uber to your friend's location, just like you would with an address.
Here's how it works: open up the Uber app, send a location request to a friend, and they can simply share their location with you. This way, once your Uber arrives, you can navigate to your friend's exact location.
Easy, right? That's not the only cool feature in this update, though.
Uber is also bringing custom Snapchat filters to Uber riders. If you happen to be a Snapchat user and on an Uber ride, you'll see a Snap card in your feed. You can then select the type of filter you'd like to unlock, take your selfie, then swipe right.
