The Sony Xperia X Compact started making its way around the world soon after its IFA announcement, but those of us in the USA had to wait for quite a bit. It was only last week when we saw the new mid-range phone go up for pre-order on Amazon, but today we bring good news to those who don't like waiting.
The Sony Xperia X Compact is now available for purchase and ready for shipping, marking the phone's official launch in North America. As we have mentioned before, though, the price is set a little higher than we would like to see it. The device will cost you $499.99, which is only a little cheaper than plenty high-end smartphones.
